Are you searching for a document that you know your company prepared but just can’t seem to get your hands on it? Maybe the people who prepared that document are no longer with your company and did not leave their documents in a place where anyone in your company can easily access or search for them.
Are you new to your company and need to know about and access past project documents which you were not a part of but which you need to write a proposal or to reference in another project?
You are writing yet another proposal for your company, and you need to quickly access all of your company’s reports related to a specific topic or location? For example, just how many EAs has your company written where the action area was in the Gulf of Mexico?
You have limited time to write a proposal and need to quickly pull together boilerplate text and relevant background info from old proposals that your company has written. Wouldn’t you love to be able to use text from a previous proposal without having to reinvent the wheel?
If any of this sounds familiar, then you could benefit from our library services for businesses…
For over 10 years, Azura’s scientists have been using EndNote software to develop reference libraries for clients, such as the Department of the Navy and NOAA Fisheries. We maintain our own bibliographic database of over 33,000 references primarily related to terrestrial and marine resource management. Because this database is centrally managed in an EndNote library, we can search quickly through thousands of references to find the ones most relevant to our needs and also create bibliographies and citation lists within Microsoft® Word using EndNote’s Cite While You Write feature. EndNote has become a critical and standard tool which we use to research, organize, and format our references.
Build Your Own EndNote Library
We organize and catalogue bibliographic data, including references and their corresponding PDF files, into a searchable EndNote library that can be shared with multiple users. Therefore, you no longer have to worry about losing critical documents again or waste valuable time searching for your company’s documents. This central EndNote library can be accessed by all of your departments, divisions, and offices and can be used to house all of the important references produced by your company and also used by your company. Bibliographic data can include any of the following sources and more…

Customize Keywords
We not only enter your references into your company’s central EndNote library but also set up a customized keyword entry system, so that your employees never have to waste time looking for pertinent documents again. Have your own set of keywords already? No problem. We can apply your keywords to all of your reference entries for you.
Cite While You Write
Once your company’s central EndNote library is developed, employees can insert citations and references directly from the library into their documents in Microsoft® Word as they write to automatically build a bibliography. As they continue to write and link references to the EndNote library, the bibliography automatically updates so no time is wasted reorganizing references. In addition, the bibliography can be formatted to match over 6,000 styles! This feature alone will save your company loads of money by saving your employees hundreds of hours of time preparing and formatting documents.
